Thanks to all who enjoyed or live performance at Harcourt Church. Who knew we would have so much fun with the Royal City Ukulele Ensemble! The chords were ringing all night for a well-packed (and warm on the inside) audience. Thanks to MC Tom Watson for demonstrating the incredible musical capabilities of a Marinka. In all, we raised over $2000 in support of Chalmers Community Service Centre and a couple grocery carts to boot!

2016 Christmas Performances
Monday May 2, 2016 – Music Monday at JF Ross
What a way to start the week! About a dozen of us were able to be at John F. Ross CVI by 8:30 AM on Music Monday morning to experience Yonge Guns in action with the students. They sang with and for the excellent Ross choir and then conducted a packed workshop for students who were totally engaged in the process. The guys did a wonderful job of explaining the importance of music in their lives, demonstrating their talents, explaining Barber Shop and teaching a tag. So, a big THANK YOU to Yonge Guns and to teacher Dorothy Vreeswyk-Kidd who organized the event.

The Royal City Ambassadors
An evening of song with Bill Goulding
The Royal City Ambassadors, a chorus of barbershop harmony singers in which Bill Goulding has sung for many years, visited Pine Meadows October 9 to sing a few tunes for Bill in the hope it would cheer him up and speed his recovery.
Bill was very pleased to see them all, and the audience of 60+ seemed to thoroughly enjoy the evening.
